CASITA DE TA: Special needs education and support center
We are building the region’s first free support center for special needs kids. Our main goal is to serve as guidance for those parents who cannot afford private support. Early diagnosis has proven to improve the development of the patient, but in our country this is a very expensive process and is sill considered taboo. This is where we come in. We want to help the parents navigate this world with proper guidance while their kids receive beginning stages of treatment!
We are already building but our building process is paused due to lack of funding.

GENERACION EXTREMA
Generacion extrema is the youth church of MIVA.
GENERACION EXTREMA is an interactive church. Services are mixed between worship, biblical teachings, interactive video production through interviews and comedy. Through a talk show setting we sometimes bring characters from the Bible and sometimes even fictional characters like CUPID or DRACULA to creatively share the gospel message in a rapidly changing culture.

In the Dominican republic, drinking tap water is dangerous and in some cases can be deadly, forcing people to buy factory water and rely on costly sources to aquire safe drinking water.
We desire to create a water well based system with a purifying station giving people in vulnerable conditions unlimited access to free drinking water. We hope to do this neighborhood by neighborhood until we create the first city with free drinking water in the DOMINICAN REPUBLIC.
